Amurevia is operated by Suzhou Aimochu Clothing Co., Ltd. in Changshu, Jiangsu Province, China. All orders are shipped from and returns are received in China.
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days after the order has been delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact our support team within this period to begin the return process.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item should be returned in its original packaging when possible
- Proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt must be provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may place a new order after the return has been processed.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

- Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received
